Ameen does not require account registration.

We do not collect personal identifiers such as:

- Email address
- Phone number
- National ID
- Contacts
- Photos
- Background audio recordings

The app is designed to function without linking usage data to personal identity.

2. Permissions Explained

A. Location Services

Location access is used for calculating prayer times, determining Qibla direction, and scheduling notifications.

Users may disable location access at any time or manually select their city.

Ameen does not store location history.

B. Microphone Access

Microphone permission is requested only for voice search or Quran teacher calls.

The microphone activates only when the feature is used and stops immediately after.

Ameen does not record or store audio and does not transmit raw audio to its servers.

Speech processing is handled by system services provided by Apple or Android according to their privacy policies.

3. Data We Collect

We collect limited technical data for app stability, performance monitoring, and marketing attribution where permitted.

This may include device model, OS version, app version, and anonymous usage metrics.

This data does not identify users personally.

4. Third-Party Services

Adjust

Used for marketing attribution. Advertising identifiers are handled according to platform consent settings and Families/Kids compliance.

Sentry

Used for crash diagnostics. Collects technical error data only and no personal identifiers.

5. Data We Do NOT Collect

- No background audio recording
- No voice storage
- No access to contacts or photos

6. Children & Families Compliance

Ameen complies with Apple App Store and Google Play policies including Families/Kids requirements.

Users may revoke permissions at any time or uninstall the app.
